Yay! for free shipping in Australia! This is for delivery to postcodes and locations defined within Australia Post Zone 1, Zone 2, and Zone 3 postcodes and locations. Sentiment for your gift from the heart – FAQs
Image on the greeting card
First, the image on your greeting card is the same image as the product selected for the print on canvas.
Greeting card sentiment
When you choose a product to order, you will be asked to select one of four sentiments for the greeting card. The four choices of sentiment are LOVE, ADORE, CHERISH, and DESIRE. We are sorry, it is not possible to select a greeting card without choosing one these sentiments.
Printed personalised message, or classic poem – FAQs
A personalised message, or classic poem printed on your greeting card
You may choose to ask us to print a personalised message on your greeting card. Or perhaps to just print your name. After you have chosen the sentiment for your greeting card you have the option to type a message of up to 500 characters (including spaces) into the text box.
Personalised messages not edited
Messages will be printed as you have typed into the text box. Errors will not be corrected+.

We reserve the right to not print an obscenity or profanity, with the meaning of words as defined by the Oxford English Dictionary. Don’t worry, we are not easy to offend but we make sure we have a workplace that respects everyone.
A classic poem
When you cannot seem to find the right words for a personalised message to be printed on your greeting card, may we suggest you choose a classic poem? Beautiful words from a great poet may more easily express the sentiment, and emotion for your gift from the heart.

Poetry
We like to think we have something for everyone! Our team has selected poetry from 570 BC, or 2591 years since the death of Greek poet Sappho, through to 1928, with the passing of literary great Thomas Hardy – 93 years ago. Twelve wonderful poems have been chosen to express the sentiments of LOVE, ADORE, CHERISH, and DESIRE. All selected poems are in the public domain, and you can find more information about copyright in Australia through the Department of Communications and the Arts.

Stop! We don’t want to scare you! When you choose a poem – we are not responsible for your choice! Your order is an acceptance of this Term.
Choose a poem carefully!
But, we do think a selection guide could be helpful. Read each poem and use the guide below to help you choose. Don’t forget, we don’t know you and we don’t know your relationship with the person you are sending this gift from the heart. Words can have different meanings in different relationships, contexts, and cultures. All we can say here is we urge you to choose carefully or choose nothing at all!

On the back of your card, your chosen sentiment of LOVE, ADORE, CHERISH, or DESIRE frames your printed personalised message, or classic poem to express your sentiment on this gift from the heart.
Returns, refunds, and replacements – FAQs
Damaged product
We know sometimes things go wrong. And we know that sometimes things out of our control mean prints on canvas may be damaged during the delivery process. Because of this, in the following circumstances, we offer replacement and store credit:
- Wall art canvas printing defect – replacement
- Item lost in transit – replacement
- Shipping damage – replacement
- Roomblooms internal IT system error – store credit
- Roomblooms Customer Service error – store credit
Returns, refunds, and replacement
You are are valued customer and under Consumer Law you have the right to ask for a replacement or refund.
After you have received your order, you can ask us for a replacement or refund, but you are not always entitled to one. For example, consumer guarantees do not apply if you received what you asked to purchase but simply changed your mind or decided you did not like the product or purchase or had no use for it. Our Returns Policy has more information.

Stripe is the merchant gateway we use to process online payments by credit card, along with thousands of other businesses. They are a technology company that builds economic infrastructure for the internet. Businesses of every size—from new start-ups (like us here at Roomblooms) to public companies—use Stripe’s software to accept payments and manage businesses online. PayPay is accepted with payment options by credit card or your PayPal account. Refer to information about PayPal here.

Split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments. First one due at checkout, then pay every 2 weeks.

About Pay in 4
- PayPal Pay in 4 is available for eligible purchases of $30-$1,500.
